There are four main points in the process of font design, namely the following:
1. Stroke design: This design is to deform the strokes of the text on the premise of maintaining the stability of the text structure to achieve our ideal form and style. Shape design can be a unified change of the whole stroke or a local change. However, in the process of stroke transformation, the coordination of the overall style should be considered.
2. Text connection design: this form of expression is the mutual connection between strokes. It is a frequently used method to turn the correlation of several words into a whole. In the design process, it is necessary to prevent unreasonable connection by rigid pulling, so as to achieve flexible combination and make good use of the situation.
3. Structural design: This design is the change of the structural frame of each character, which must be conducive to public recognition. It depends on the specific plasticity of the text to change and adjust.
4. Design of character decoration: design points on the surface of characters, but the structure of font cannot be changed. The means of decoration should be consistent with the content. Strengthen the characteristics and uniqueness of the text, and be harmonious and unified with the whole text.
